January: Our month in pictures
We held our 100th medical camp
From 11 to 13 January in Kushmi Shera, Baglung, we provided a free medical camp for communities in the local area. 1,994 cases were treated across three days.
We’re building clean water systems
Last year we brought clean water to over 30,000 people’s homes, and our teams continued the work throughout January.
Our Pensioner Support Teams have been on the road
As always, our Pensioner Support Teams have been travelling across the tough landscape of Nepal in order to bring financial and medical aid to Gurkha veterans and their families.

We travelled to the homes of Gurkha veterans and widows in the Sindhuli District to assess their homes for our rebuilding projects

Our Residents had a great day out
On 18 January, Gurkha veterans and widows at our Residential Home in Dharan went on a day visit to Pathivara temple. They particularly enjoyed sharing a picnic near ‘Thousands Buddha’, Dharan’s paragliding spot where they got involved in games and other activities.
