Join us on this incredible trek through the formidable Annapurna region in the Nepalese Himalayas.
Gradually ascending from the subtropical forests of the lush foothills, our route will take us into high elevations, with our biggest challenge the ascent of Thorung La Pass at 5416m. Along the way, we will pass through colourful mountain villages and remote monasteries, we will soak up the inspiring vistas of peaks including Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and the majestic Annapurna massif, rising over 8000m.
This is a challenging trek, but the sense of achievement will leave even the most seasoned trekker with some unforgettable memories.
As part of your epic trek, on day 14 once you have landed and settled into your hotel, you’ll also have the unique opportunity to visit our Area Welfare Centre in Pokhara, Kaski, and see firsthand the incredible work being carried out by The Gurkha Welfare Trust. You will be able to tour the Residential Home and interact with the people benefiting from the trust’s work in Nepal.
This visit offers an unforgettable insight into where your fundraising efforts go and how the Gurkha Welfare Trust is supporting the welfare of Gurkha veterans and their families.
