Borrow our Doko Baskets

Here at The Gurkha Welfare Trust, we have a stock of traditional Nepali Doko baskets which are available for serving military personnel to borrow for races or Nepali culture days.  To request Dokos, please read our Terms & Conditions here, then complete the form below.

Please note that completion of this form does not constitute consent to borrow the baskets. The purpose of your event and availability of the baskets will be reviewed before approval is granted. Collection and return dates may need to be adjusted and will be confirmed via email.

Please do not set-up a fundraising page or advertise your event before your basket loan has been approved.

If you have any queries or would like to discuss your application, please contact Leila Shah, Challenges Assistant at challenges@gwt.org.uk.
