CHARITY CONCERT WITH THE LONDON WELSH MALE VOICE CHOIR AT CLIFTON COLLEGE CHAPEL

A packed of audience at the Clifton College Chapel in Bristol was treated to a spectacular performance by the London Welsh Male Voice Choir in a fundraiser in aid of The Gurkha Welfare Trust. It was a uniquely different evening of entertainment with pipe music by Gurkha pipers and performances by Gurkha Kukri dancers and children.

The Concert was organised by Western Branch chairman of the Trust, Brigadier Bruce Jackman and his committee with the help of pipers from 1st Battalion The Royal Gurkha Rifles, Kukri dancers and children from Brecon based Gurkha Company.

All proceeds from the concert, expected to raise over £10,000 will be put to good use in the relief of poverty and distress amongst needy ex-members of the Brigade of Gurkhas and their dependants.
